在勞動節這天，受邀至英飛凌和他們共度美好的學習體驗日，
一早我們免除了破冰(大家都來自客服部門)，直接尋找雙胞胎~
很神奇一樣的的指令~大家就是能夠剪出不相似的東西
(大家對於指令的認知和解碼方式是不一樣的)
雙胞胎一起攜手完成地雷陣活動，當中無數次的從來，
喊到喉嚨都啞了!有人甚至快發火了，但最後大家都一一過關了!!
活動後的討論讓我們學習到：
你想給別人的未必是人家想要的；你善用的模式未必是對方所熟練的
(三顆星最多拿到1.5顆；引導者說：走大步一點、而聽的人走的是小步)
藉由Colors我們才知道原來是因為每個人的性格有異，
所在乎的價值觀、喜好、厭惡以及成就感都不太一樣
也藉由下午大小綠和金澄清大會，讓彼此更了解對方的地雷在哪裡
最後，我們透過機器人活動，將所學的溝通技巧應用於活動中
每個部門各有其責任所在，跨部門間的溝通是一大考驗
製造部們若是綠色人物為主色，他想聽到的是：先說整體長什麼樣？
金色為主的同仁他們則希望一步一步慢慢引導和告訴我，
一個動作結束且經過雨你們確認後，在告知下一步驟
有根據他人主色性格再溝通或傳達任務時做適當調整，
雖然成品矮了一截，但相似度和完成度相對是高的，
若未能以他人喜愛的模式溝通，就很難創造出雙贏的局面

In daily work not had much interactive with other CLM. Victoria helpful to know more about myself. Good opportunity to familiar with other CLMs. Maggie course is interested. Know myself and able to understand each other.
